one year old swollen lymph nodes and high lymphs and monocytes absolute

My one year old son had shots (pnemo, flu, mmr, hep, and varicella) 2 weeks ago, he woke up one week ago with swollen lymph nodes in head the size of a nickel, behind ears and in groin and scattered in back of neck) no signs of infection, no viruses, no fever. Took him in for cbc with diff, cmp and blood smear. Blood smear results not back yet but the cbc showed abnormals of Monocytes (11) Lymphs absolute (6.5) and monocytes absolute (1.1)  CMP abnormals of BUN/ Creatinine Ratio of 62 high and Albumin serum of 4.6 high and AG/Ration of 2.9 high. He is eating fine, drinking and wetting fine, he does have what looks like a pustule (zit) on his right thigh where he got his shot on his leg that appears to be something in it, yet it is not red or hot to the touch yet he will not let me anywhere near it, he acts as if it hurts. My question is, what does this sound like, of course as a mother and nurse I am terrified of the worse such as leukemia or something, does this appear to be from the shots or something viral or am I just overreacting? Please someone help me out?

Thanks:) I took him back and they run a titer to make sure it was not mono, it was neg, dr is concerned bc he has still not received the blood smear results, he says usually they get a preliminary report yet he has nthing! When he called he insisted for stat orders, so we r still waiting for those! We took him back today to see another dr in the same practice bc the first dr wanted to send him to a ped oncologist?? (Which gave me a heartattack! He said just to be sure they needed to perform a node biopsy? Yet the dr we seen today seems to think we need to try azithromycin and see if they come down and if they don't he will send him then? I have cried my eyes out, I don't know what to do, I'm soooo confused! Does this sound like the right thing?

Moms dont over react we care , so I think that you need an other opinion from a doctor what is going on,it could be from the shots so take him back and ask for more information regarding the pustule on his leg, as if that is the site of injection maybe it has become infected good luck let us know how he is doing ...
