post natal diagnosed mild hydronephrosis in left kidney

pre-natally diagnosed hydronephrosis in both the kidney. right kidney came down to its normal after birth but post natal diagnosed revealed mild hydronephrosis in left kidney still existing, DOB is 5 June 2009 and age of my son is 9 month, general growth is normal, the dilectation level in the left kidney since september 2009 is constant. Requested to suggest what line of treatment to be adopted...............Kundan, father
