purple blotchy skin all over 7 year old?

Hi
My son takes several medications- concerta, seroquel, abilify, benztropine, depakote.
My question is that everyday his skin will break out purplish, red blotches on his legs, arms.
I have asked him if he is cold and he is not.
I had heard that this could be a allergy to one on the medicines.
Has anyone heard of this before?

Thank you

Hi
My son has severe bipolar disorder.
I did and it like the pediatrician says yes and his phychiatrist says no.
I was told by physchiatrist to take him to a skin doctor, but I don't think it is skin related as it's beneath his skin (it's not a rash).
