rash in ears behind ears forehead and cheeks

My four yr old came home with what looks like heat rash the first day on her nexk, back of ears. Eye lids, and forehead. It wasn't blochy until the next morning and I noticed it was inside and around her ears. She's not complaining of it itching or burning doesn't have a fever and is eating like a horse. The advice nurse told me kids just get rashes and not to worry. Should I be worried its been 3 days and its not going away.

couldnt be the sun wre the children outside at all , not certain where you live but the sun here in CA has been hot this last week. Or it  could be an allergy, and something he has washed his face in, have you changed soaps, anything she would put on her face ? Is it a raised rash ?
