red inflammation around one eye of toddler
I have a two year old with red inflammation that flares then subsides slightly and moves around the eye.  No itching or pain.  Eye itself is fine.  Started when the cold virus came on.  Cold is gone now.   Went to doctor who thinks eczema. I'm using cream but nothing is changing.  Not all red marks are dry and I haven't seen eczema pictures looking like a hit in the eye.  Any thoughts?

So as you are putting on cream you mean its not i the eye as it could be conjunctivitis, but around the outside of the eye ? Does he rub his eyes at all ?
