HI, I HAVE A GREAT GRAND SON  I BABY SIT FOR, HIS MOM AND I HAVE NOTICE WHEN WE CHANGE HIS DIAPER HIS SCRORUM IS RED, IS THIS SOMETHING WE SHOULD BE CONCERN ABOUT? HE IS 8 MONTHS OLD. COULD IT BE THE BRAND OF DIAPER HE IS WEARING?

Our grandson also had a red scrotum when we changed his diaper.  What we did was leave his diaper off for several minutes before putting on a new one.  I appears that his urine was irritating his little body.  This occurred when his mother began to give him formula when he was being weaned off of the breast.

it could be an allergy or irritation to soap or some other product being used on him.it also could be an infection.better take him to a doctor and show them his scrotum.
