signs of puberty in my 5+8 month old daughter

My daughter will be six in November.
About the age of 4,i started noticing foul smells from her under-arms.

Shortly after her 5th birthday,i noticed real hair in her pubic region,under arm and fat deposits around her breast but no lumps.she used to be a lean child and the changes started about the time she started putting on some weight.

She is not obesed but has a little weight.she has always looked tall for her age.she has body hair especially on her hands and leg.could this be responsible for the  unusual hair growth?

Her dad says her late younger sister developed breast at the age of 5.

Forgot to mention we are nigerians in nigeria.
