skin condition

jab2010
3 yr old male has hard  pustules on left side of trunk for past 6 months. Increasing in number. No redness or itching. Pin size although some are slightly larger. Feels like 'sandpaper' Starts under arm and is mostly on front of trunk extending down to groin. Any suggestions on treating it?
