My son 7 month old son has a little ball on the back of his head it feels like bone what could it be can anyone help me

Might be a bony growth or otherwise known as the shape of his skull. I have one, ask drs to put your mind at rest

If it was not there before, it may be that he banged his head without you knowing.

If you are not sure that this is a normal bump, then make an appointment and get the baby checked out
