stinky vomit

my 6yr old has thrown up last night & just a a few minutes ago.  Yesterday I thought it was a stomach bug but now I'm not so sure, she threw up again just a few minutes ago and it smells really bad, not like vomit but something rotten.  She said she was coughing last night before she threw up and this time she said she burped a bunch of times and then her tummy started to hurt and she was running for the bathroom.  I have no idea what to do, if you can give me some advice please do.

Lot of this going around read the post that will be below this one , the coughing maybe causing the vomiting,Strep throat can cause these symptoms so I do suggest that you have the Doctor take a look at her , she may need some meds.,but it may also be stomach flu .whichever, its good to get it checked out ..good luck
