unexplained arm pain

I have a 3 year old that for the last couple years, if you pull on her arm (even a little or playing) She will scream in pain, it lasts about 3 days and she runs a fever. It is 3 days of no sleeping and continued crying! I have taken her to the doctors several times and after 2 sets of x-rays they can't find anything. They said ignore it and maybe she will grow out of it. HELP

PS  Does shye cry when you move the arm and does the arm hang kind of loose, down by her side, if it does definatly dislocated the Doctor should be able to manoever it back into t he socket , go to the ER they will fix it Good Luck

The arm sits in a socket it could be you pulled it out a way, it is very painful its called a dislocation the arm usually goes back on being moved. try not to pull on that arm or any arm, thats why she screamed it does hurt I am not certain why she would have a fever ,if it continues ask the doctor again,
