updates about early puberty

our 6 yr. old daughter has some body hair. it is a little darker in her armpit and pubic regions. my wife said it is not curly. we took her to her dr. last year for underarm odor. she has no acne, breast buds, or big growth spurts. my wife and i both started puberty early and we are italian. any help here would be great. esp. about clarifying body hair and what should be looked out. thanks.
