urine problems

Hello
I went to the doctor after experiencing pressure/pain when i wee. He done the test and found my urine was smelly and also contained protein and blood in it. He gave me a 3 day course of antibitotics but i am now expereiancing pain in my lower back and more pain when i pee plus i am frequently urinating
Any one know what it is and what will the doctors next step be when i make the appointment
