vomiting and abdominal pain

Hi, My daughter is 4 yrs old, for the last week she has been complaining of abdominal pain at various times during the day. She has vomited 3 times in the last week, only at night just before she goes to bed, there is no fever. This evening the vomiting was quite forceful.
Any ideas?

awww I think we are in for a cold virus and flu year after all the heat ..If she is at daycare or school she will pick up germs' from other children or siblings , make sure she is talking a multiple food supplement VitC and Vit Bcomplex to boost her immunity..

Hi Thanks for that, it turned out to be a chest infection, she finished her antitiotics and now a few days later has caught a cold !!!!

Maybe something she has eaten , has she any diarreha  ,make sure she is drinking liquids so she doesn't dehydrate , I think that after one week of this it would be a good idea to take her yo see the doctor ..good luck
