what is wrong with my daughter

My daughter is 4 years old. Last week she started to have a fever, Right Side pain and also quit eating. She has now started to eat and her fever has broken, however she stil has side pain. Our doctor originally thought that it was a urinary tract infection, but the tests have came back as negative. Therefore we are not sure as to what is the matter with her does anyone have any suggestions?

Did he rule out a grumbling appendix ?does she go to school or day care , is she happy gets on well,if the pain continues take her back to the Doctor for further tests .
