white soft poop hurts

My girl, never been sick since she was born( and almost 4) threw up for the first time. First her dinner then 2 more times just water. No fever or other symptoms. She drinks allot of milk and so we cut that down a bit and switched her to lactaid. Now her poop has been soft and white with an almost metallic sheen and she cries in pain and has to take a bath right after cause she says it makes her butt feel better. We are going in to week 3 with this and my dietary adjustments have not had an effect. help
