Cheap bladder control pads

Does anyone know how to get cheaper bladder control pads. They are costing a fortune

Ask your doctor, in some countries depending on age etc you can get them for free

Do you know what is causing this incontinence?    If  you dont know then maybe consider seeing your Dr and asking for a Urogyne appt to find out what is going on and if there is anything that can be offered to improve things.    Also look at strengthening the Pelvic Floor.   Ask to see a womens physiotherapist who can help with exercises to strengthen correctly
