Monarch sling surgery

I had a monarch surgery 4 weeks ago and until now still bleeding. Was stop a week ago then start again. is this normal? when will the bleeding stop?

Sorry to hear you are bleeding and worried.  I feel you need to get hold of your Surgeons secretary to relay your present problems and see if you need to get an appt to be seen regarding your present symptoms.

Have you been lifting at all or doing more activity?  What advise were you given as to how much activity you can do in the early stages of healing?  What colour is the blood and are you getting more pain?  

I have heard of bleeding that gets less and becomes more brown and then with movement the healing area can stretch and bleed a little.   However it is important to be sure all is well and for you to be able to let go of any worry you may have right now.
