pain/constant ache

i have a constant pain/ache on my right side where my appendix use to be. at times it is very irritating and is always uncomfortable. i hace had a bladder sling cseveral years ago and the pain has been about two years now. my obgyn ssays there is nothing there but nothing doesnt hurt.any suggestions?

I'd suggest you see a urogynecologist for evaluation. I would think it is more likely that may have an additional type of POP (cystocele that you had a sling for is 1 of the 5 types of POP). Urogyns are the specialists in pelvic floor health and should be able to evaluate you more thoroughly.
