post op question

I had surgery to repair bladder, rectum and small intestine prolapses a bit over 2 1/2 weeks ago.  How long does it take for the swelling to start to subside.  Everything looks so distorted

Heal curve varies from 6-12 weeks and swelling with go down and come back up again as you start to become more active. A lot of stuff is moved around when they do repair, takes a while for tissues to heal.
