prolapse

for the last three weeks i have had a severe bearing down feeling, like when you need to push out a baby, my doctor diagnosed a prolapse this morning bit  i have to wait for gynae physio,has anyone had these same feelings and is there anything i can do to help myself,this feeling is awful
