unable to hold on

hi, ive had three childre and since the birth of my third child i have been unable to hold the toilet in , from bladder and bowel.before a period i have a lot of preesure in my anus and vagina that is really painful. i get pain from my bowel. is there surgery i could get to help this. i cant handle soiling myself all or most of the time
