I have got a little painless lump in lower groin left

I have got a painless little lump in my left lowermost groin area. It's little outside however if I try to feel it by pressing in between 2 fingers I can feel it's a size slight smaller than a computer mouse-ball, soft and without pain. I m a frequent bike rider however did not have any hurt/ injury in that area ever. Sometimes before I had a knock against the fuel tank with my left testicle and it had throbbing pain - however it was an incident quite a long before (more than 1 or 2 months back). Please suggest.

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lump. Possibilities that may need to be considered include enlarged lymphnode, haematoma, cysts, growth from the underlying soft tissues etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
