This has been coming on for a while. First i found a lump inside of my penis that feels attached. Then over time more of these have showed up in a line but smaller. This is the right side of penis. These lumps have become painful and are getting larger. The ones on the right side feel as if they are starting to join togather. Penis has a hard right turn in it about 2 thirds the way up to the head. Getting worse as time goes by. Now there is one underside and feels like it is attached to the urethra and another one on the left side more towards the base. Also seems like there are smaller ones developing along the base and in toward the scrotum. Have a dr's appt a few weeks off and am really concerned about this. Is this some type of cancer or something else. Uncomfartable to even sit as pain and discomfort coming up from scrotum area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of these spots. Possibilities that may need to be considered include papules, warts, fibrosis, growths from the skin/ underlying connective tissue etc. It would be best to wait for your doctor’s appointment before we can jump to conclusions. After a cause is diagnosed, it can be managed accordingly.
Hope this is helpful.
