Need help figuring this out.
Back on July 20,2017, I was treated for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia as I had every symptom involved yet both my urine and blood came back negative. after the treatment, the symptoms went away. On August 24th, several of the symptoms returned. only this time, my entire penis swelled up like a balloon, a brown spot appeared on the tip and it hurt to wear clothing. After Urination, it would burn like I was on fire. and the hole would swell closed to when I had to urinate, I would have to force it open. This would happen at least once a day. When it wasn't doing that, I was dripping a clear urine like fluid the rest of the time.
I saw a doctor and we given some antibotics for 7 days which helped with the skin swelling. However, I went back again to the doctor and demanded a urology consult. Which I got. By this point, while the skin swelling was down, my largest concern was the small ball just underneath the tip of my penis and a Vein or lymph node that was popping out on the side. Those are still the biggest issue.
What could this be?
