sir my age is 23 ,and my skin on penis is not moving backwards,when i tried to move my skin its very paining
plz provide a good solution for me..

Hi there!

This condition is known as phimosis in medical terms. This would need to be evaluated by a doctor (primary care physician or a urologist) to determine the severity of the condition and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.

I would suggest that you seriously consider getting circumcised, it would permanently solve the problem in a simple and quick way.
