About 6-8 wks ago, I noticed d lump on the shaft of my penis. It causes me no pain or discomfort. It is under the skin and it has a hard rubbery feel to it. It also has kind of a braided feel, like a rope as well. I'm a little worriedand = will get it checked out as soon as possible, I was just curious if anyone had thoughts about this?
Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, warts, infectious lesions, subcutaneous fibrosis, growths from the skin/ underlying connective tissue etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management,
Hope this is helpful.
