recently anytime i masturbate or i have sex my foreskin seems to be stretched abnormally and it has small cuts around the outer skin of my foreskin,.. im 21 years old and this has just happened recently and im trying to figure out what to do because its never happened. it will go away after a couple days and it will have a clear scab but then as soon as i pull down on my foreskin to expose my head it happens again. it will be fine and normal when i get an erection but as soon as the foreskin gets pulled down to expose my head its a sharp pain. i also have noticed dry skin on my penis. i clean down there regularly
Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment on the situation. This could occur due to traumatic masturbation, while other possibilities such as infections, inflammations, adhesions etc may need to be considered as well, I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.
