sore lump on penis

About a week ago I noticed a pea sized lump on the side of my penis. Its sore to the touch. It doesn't grow or go away. No porblems peeing or getting an erection. Looks like it could be a large zit. What do you think?

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, warts, molluscum contagiosum, infections etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
