Im 40yrs a i notice my urine had tiny worms in it. Is it anything to take for that

Well, without a detailed description of the symptoms or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include retrograde ejaculation, GU infections, inflammations, fistulas, parasitic infestations, growths/ masses etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
