Blood donation or Chinese medicine cure

I've literally tapped into all internal segments and wanted to know if any of you guys tried these methods and got any improvements:

- blood donation so that new blood is created
- acupuncture to reduce body heat
- wet cupping to reduce body heat

The reason I'm saying body heat, is because my body is like a warm cloud and also my breath is a gush of hot air. So possibly by reducing body heat, our symptoms would reduce.

Any advice guys?

Thanks sporulating for the insight. I tried few herbal mixes as well but nothing worked like in your case. The ingredients wouldn't do justice to the magnitude of our problem.
Candida is a concerning factor but I doubt it's the main reason. I was on a juice diet and starved myself off everything for a month. Took antifungals, probiotics, garlic and turmeric to fight candida. Think it helped kill most of the candida but didn't help in the smell.
With the 3 method I've mentioned, our blood is given a chance to renew itself. Heat released from our skin is from the blood underneath it. Hopefully someone who's done it will be able to shed light on it.
