Got a tip for you guys

Go for hopeful's stuff. It's good and it will help you.
And look up diaphragmatic breathing, this too will bring relief. We need to learn to relax. This condition is brought on by stress, I'm quite sure about that. And we're all so so so tense.

Trust me, learn to breathe into your belly.

Look at this video it will explain it.

Hi fighting, i was very glad you posted this. I've had this condition for 5 years, and for the past 5 months I have made this small change to breathe deeper and more consciously, and the reactions i get have diminished by at least half. I can sit through a meeting with no reactions really. I still eat like ****, drink beer, but less now, smoke pot and tobacco and i am improving a lot. i noticed i often kept my stomach muscles tense unconsciously, and when i first started the deep breathing, my insides were active rumbling, and i burped a lot! i am starting candida diet tonight or tomorrow to finally knock this thing out, with help from a very awesome naturopath. Relaxation is the key!
