How I deal with PATM now? =)

Dear all fellow PATMers,

Just would like to share with you some of my recent methods dealing with PATM.

# 1 ~ 7, applicable whenever those "heart-pain" / "angrybird" / fearful feeling comes up again:
(Though it may not seems to work at once due to emotion fluctuation, but at least I feel better. )

1) Imagine a Golden/White light cloaking around you. (Whatever color you like, recently I imagine rainbow color.)

# The cloak works as protection and healing purpose to yourself as well as others.
# Try to imagine, if you can't, may go and buy one & put on....... Just kidding la...

2) When people cough/sneeze, you may imagine the light on others body with blessings as well, if you feel guilty.
# Just like sometimes, when people 'Ha Chew', another will say "'God Bless You".

3) Feeling grateful to people around you. Show mercy to yourself & others.
# Don't force yourself, as depend on which state/emotion you're in.
For example, if you are feeling angry / confusing state, you might say :
" What the f***? How can I thank them for showing that look or response to me?" Trust me, I understand your feeling.

# It's a great chance for you to look more inside of yourself. Treat what happen around you just an act.
Easier said than done. Again, it's depend on individual. =p

# Based on my experience, we must experience the stage like a saying " Before you see the light, you've to deal with the darkness". Introspect yourself, accept your darkness, forgive yourself &/or others, try not to repress it, then only can transform. I'm still working on it.
(Our unhappiness may mainly due to we can't accept it. I remembered when the time I feel extremely angry to myself for this problem, I scold myself a few times , "I can't accept myself to be like that...")

# In fact, I feel lucky that people around me have kind heart. Their response/actions are undeniably normal, maybe due to insecure / uneasy /confusing feeling, just like us. The energy field among us maybe tension or tend to be negative. They can't help to response in that way just like I can't help to rub my face or nose when feel itch.

4) With religious/non-religious, may trust that Gods and your Guardian Angels are around and protect you. Pray or talk to them. Tell them your wishes. I believed the existence of God, Jesus, Buddha, Guan Yin, Angels, Alien, ghosts, etc.

5) Focus on your breathing if feeling nervous. If fact I always forgot this technique because I'm nervous. =p

6) Watch funny movies / videos (eg. Just for laugh, etc.)

7) Listen to some music that you think can resonate & inspiring your heart. But not sad songs.

#Personally like the song "When You Believe". If you think one time not much feeling, just listen MORE & MORE & MORE.

# 8 ~ 11, for self-improvement :

8) If you're interested on new age concept, I believe that may help too. I'm a newbie...Much more to discover & be enlightened.

I ever felt regret why so late only I aware of the importance to balance body, mind & spirit.The uncomfortable feelings are such strong that could have blinded my way. Now I forgave myself.

9) Meditation.

# I'm not hardworking on meditation yet, as I think myself kind of ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) & LB(Lazy Bone).
#So normally I just listen to some soothing /meditation music while sleeping. I prefer to sleep straight rather than sit straight. ^_^

10) Workout/exercise.

# Previously, when I exercise, either alone or in group,  the itching and discomfort feeling also very obvious.
   Due to fear, few times I 'kicked' myself out of the group exercise.  

# I'm also kind of 'follow-heart' person. Only do exercise when I feel like to. Not persistently. In fact, the feeling of sweating is 'cool'. So recently, I started to do some easy Yoga at home.

11) Tend to eat less meat than vegetables, more organic foods.

# I have tendency to be more vegetarian not because of health only. Still, just follow our heart. My humble thinking, if the healthy diet is not doing in willingness status, the effect may not be obvious. We shall do it only when we feel happy to do it.

Now, I learned that "PATM" is just like a Star given by The Little Prince to your life. Feel the Power of Love.
