Water/sinus problems?

how much water do you drink on a daily basis? was anyone diagnosed with any sinus problem or nasal problem?

I ate poorly, and wasn't drinking enough water which caused dry mouth and a white tongue. I strongly believe that I set my body up for an infection in my digestive tract (parasites and /or candida). candida can cause nasal/sinus problems.
