I am a 19 yr old female, 5'4'' 115 lbs, typically classified as petite. Over the last few months i have noticed this extreme pulsating in my upper abdomen, between my rib cage, towards the left side. Sometimes when i lay down it will pulsate so hard that if i put something like, a phone, or remote where i can visibly see it pulsating , it will beat with such force to knock the object off. Although it doesn't particularly hurt it is a nuisance and i was wondering what this is and if it is anything to worry about ?

Yes this is something to worry about. It could be an aneurysm or other vascular structure. It is abnormal to have a pulsatile structure palplable in the abdomen. I recommend seeking immediate medical attention. good luck
