I wrote yesterday that I had a cramp in my calf Monday night..was fine all day, took stairs down and had cramp in same spot at that time with pain in that area all Tues night.
I was FINE this morning. No pain upon waking..walking...everything fine --although my job is an 8 hr a day sitting at my desk job..I do get up on my breaks and walk. At my 2pm walk I noticed pain in different area of my calf.
I wanted to see what happens, so i took the 8 flights of stairs down again. it hurt..not terribly bad, but in the new area.
Now, the pain seems to be moving, radiating, whatever, to the back of my leg, just above my knee. I have no swelling, no redness, no warmth. The pain is mild but im scared.

Never mind...I went to the ER last night...no blood clots...must be muscular--they werent sure...only that it wasnt anything serious.
