3 years or more of Perpheral feeling of pain

Hi !
first of all,  would like to thank whoever that 's gonna reply to my post from practioners or from members in the forum who had similar symptoms and found answers.
i am 32 years old. Three years ago i had a terrible OCD and anxiety related problems such as insomnia and loss of concentration and depression. later, without a medicine i was able to get back to normal. However, my body after that didn't feel the same. Ever since i have been having pain, tingling and feelings of numbness sensation and a little pain(not getting any worse in my back left shoulder and my neck). What worries me the most not those feelings , but a strange feeling of light headedness in the left side of my face, eye and head that is pretty much constant. I don't know what triggers the problem, but i know for sure that i am always stressed and anxious. I did lots of tests like blood test, urine test and some glands test all normal. I have recently done stress test and viens ultra-sound test.
Could this be a clot in the left side of my head being formed over the years?
Could this be a perpheral Nerve hypersensitivity?
What can be done?
Any people with similar problems?
P.s I forgot to mention the the chest pain feeling, and sometimes awkward feeling of not speech impediment.
