Tegretol is safe to use and is an anti-seizure medication-one medication to treat the condition. Prognosis or life expectancy is uncertain as this pont according to research. Symptoms are usually well controlled with medication. For more information visit the NINDS website, it's the Isaacs syndrome information center.
