Low Carb Diets

I'm finding that a Low Carb diet is helping my Diabetes and I've lost a stone in about 6 weeks!But now I've read that I need certain Carbs for my  Muscles and Fibro,I also have Arachnoiditis and Autonomic Neuropathy,which is also affecting my mobility and painful muscles and nerves.Has anyone else heard of these problems with Low Carb Diets,I'd be very grateful because everthing seems to conflict with each other and am getting very confused!!
