PNH After Injury/Surgery?

My friend's started after modified radical mastectomy in 1990:  Icy feeling, burning, spastic pain in the region, etc - sounded like classic CRPS.  Then, spread to the whole body.  Now with B-12 deficiency and peripheral neuropathy from that, too.  But really went over the cliff after CRPS went systemic.  Anyone else with same disease progression?
