PHONE PHOBIA..??

I am female of 22. I have great issues of low self coinfidence,self esteem from childhood. I am really shy person and avoid public gatherings. i am kind of reserved person. The problem is that i can't talk to others on phone. When phone rings my heart starts pounding, i even can't talk to my friends,I prefer sms instead of calling someone, thats why i have no friends . But now i am in job and i have to talk to others about important issues and i am like ' what i do' plz tell me how to overcome my phobia........
