Phobia help?
Just wanted some advice on how to deal with a phobia, anybody know any tips on how to make it less stressful?

What phobia is it that you suffer from? I too suffer from a few different phobias and I have recently taken up meditation which has been a godsend when I find myself in a massive panic attack. Also seeking the help of a medical professional such as a Psychiatrist could be very beneficial for you if it really consumes your life too much.
