babies are not supposed to have milk products till a year really but I would never feed a baby or child low fat anything! I am sure the pediatrician will agree. It has fake sugers that are not processed by the body and abby needs the good fats not low or no fat. As for citrus babies bellies are new and the gut both belly and intestines are not fully closed till 6-9 months I forget which is the later one. SO protiens and foods pass straight to the blood steam till then. Becasue of that allergies can occur and harsh foods can harm the stomach and make food issues such as constipation, reflux, gas higher rates of diabetes and heart desease. THat is why they say no foods till 6 months. But the foods they say not to give till a year age milk, wheat, citrus, peanut and one other one. GO to

Babies that are prone or have family history of allergies should follow a different schedule to introducing these foods and is found at the same web site further down the page.

If you want to introduce yogurt I would  do one of two things. If you breastfeed you can make you own yogurt with this new thing available at Babies R Us. Look up yogurt maker, or you can buy goats milk yogurt which is not like cows milk and NOT under the milk regimen and is quit tasty! If I was unable to breastfeed I woulkd give my little one goats milk fo rsure which is most like breast milk then any other milk on th emarket. Hope this helps ya!
