Will I every get pregnant?

So, when I was 16 i found out that I have PCOS, I am 25 and have been in  a relationship for a long time with the love of my life. We both feel like it's time to have a baby, and we are trying our hardest but nothing has come of it. He is starting to get discouraged and I'm feeling like it's all my fault. I tried taking fertility pills but they made me extremely sick and I just couldn't live that way. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please we are desperate.

Inositol, a pseudo b vitamin has been rigorously studied in pcos. 2 grams per day seems to be the usual dose. It dramatically improves fertility and other symptoms, such as acne. It takes 4-6 weeks to see a benefit but it's dirt cheap.
