hi,i've been diagnosed to have a polycystic ovaries and the absence of my menstruation for 3 years bothered me,is this cancerous????pls help me..thanks

HI,
Polycystic ovaries or PCOS is not a cancerous condition. However not having periods for three years is not a good sign. Inducing of menses with the help of hormones is necessary in order to prevent endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
