30cm Ovarian Cyst removed but what is this bulge?

Hi there. Jan 10th I have a estimated 30cm sized benign ovarian cyst drained and removed. 3 weeks post op my incisions are healing well, pain has eased and I am able to do a lot more physically. I am obese and working on it. Ive lost 17kgs since the op. My breathing, blood circulation, cholesterol and blood pressure have all improved. I looked "12months" pregnant when I had the cyst. Although it has been removed I feel like there is still a ball in my belly in the area of my belly button and above is where it sits. When I lean back its explicitly noticeable like a mini basketball. Is this normal post-op things or something else? Because I carried that big cyst around for so long and because I am obese, I am unsure what normal is. Please help. I am worried. Could it be an incisional hernia and is this urgent? Thanks so much.
