Abdomen and Back Pain

I am 32, have 2 kids, and am not pregnant.  I have PCOS, and have had cysts burst before, but the last time was a month before my first child was conceived (4 years ago) and was due to the fertility medicine that I was taking.  For the past 2 weeks I have been having fluttering in my abdomen (both sides), and for the past few days I have had sharp pains in my lower left abdomen, and my lower left back.  Primary test is negative for urinary tract infection.  Anyone have any idea of what it could be?

HI,
As it is not a pregnancy or a urinary infection, this could be pelvic infection, colitis or appendicitis. Consult a Doctor for an examination.
Hope this helps.
