Anyone else with PCOS not show on pregnancy tests when pregnant?

I was diagnosed at age 12 with PCOS. I gained alot of weight as an adult. I found out that PCOS also causes insulin producing issues and can cause Type 2 Diabetes, which I got diagnosed with 2 1/2 years ago. Does anyone else with PCOS have issues with Pregnancy Tests being Negative? I am 2 months late now and have had pretty regular periods for about 8 months. I have all the classic symptoms but am showing negative. Help?

I Have PCOS, I am becoming a health and fitness freak because of it..most info you can find on google.. many doctors don't know much about it and will automatically prescribe birth control pills to regulate your cycle but  they don't actually work ..it causes induced bleeding not ovulation( which is the main problem that PCOS causes)..anywho!! I'm 20 and i have been on a combination of meds by SOLAL..check their meds for PCOS it's the best i have found.. and trust me I have researched sooo much.. I too have been having preg symptoms and I'm certain I'm preggers but test negative... this can happen due to PCOS..because hormones are unbalanced the detective hormone that tests search for called HCG can be too low in woman with this syndrome.... good luck.. I hope I helped

I am 20 years old I have pcos and I started this low carb diet and lost 10lbs in two weeks.,but then out of the blue my feet grew from a size seven to a size nine practically overnight and I've been urinating a lot but it's not all coming out and I've been vomiting a lot too.my mom says with her first pregnancy her feet grew that much in only less than a month along..I would be about 3-4 weeks if I'm pregnant but the HPT came back negative but I'm having other symptoms of pregnancy like the fatigue and areola and nipple darkening and my feet are killing me! I haven't gotten my period yet but I've been taking vitamins that regulate me and I've lost enough weight to not be having cysts..everyone keeps telling me I'm pregnant and i see posts of women with pcos who were pregnant but kept getting negative HPT results and sometimes blood test results  until they were about 6-10 week along also my family is known for false negatives till about 6 MONTHS along..what should I do?!?!
