Anyone familiar with these symptoms? Doctor isn't helping at all.

I've been having some weird symptoms that started a bit over a month ago. Some of these symptoms include muscle spasms all over my body, nausea, and dizziness. I've never had vertigo in my life and I can barely stand to be in a car. I thought that my blood tests would reveal something. My doctor said that my testosterone level was about 50. However, I've read that up to 70 is normal and he made it sound like I definitely have this condition and all my symptoms are because of this---I'm not convinced. Are these testosterone levels normal? Anyone else have any muscle spasms because of PCOS?
