Bleeding and Pain

I am 18 and have PCOS. I have always experienced intense pain during intercourse and this last time I noticed some bleeding afterwards. Could this be a serious problem and could sex be harmful to me?

I always have pain during intercourse. when i joined infertility department doctors thought i have HSG(blocked ovaries) but test showed negative signs of HSG. that was there first guess.
second when i had my scan i had quite big CYST on left ovary which was big enough to put me through surgery. doctor gave me two months time to see whether it goes it self. well lucky enough i lost weight and it helped and i lost cyst in a month time by having menstrual cycle for a month and next scan showed i was fine. that was there second guess.
third was bowel issues i noticed when i have alot of wind in my body it use to cause so much pain during intercourse. so i made sure when ever i go for intercourse i release all the wind and empty my bladder and bowel. it helped alot.
fourth is infections especially UTI etc. and plus to be honest during PCOS your body keeps on making cysts which cause problem with sex now and then also causing pain full AF.

i would say see a fertility department asap so they can make sure to see whether you have any cyst building up inside you which is causing uncomfortably during sex.

You need to have a discussion with your doctor soon to make sure that nothing serious is wrong. I have PCOS and have very rarely had pain. If I was to give you a number I would say only 5-6 times. My doctor and I believe that it was related to other things. He suggested using lube more because it could be caused by dryness. I also found this website when looking for answers:

I hope this helps!
